Industries we recruit for across Europe
Seven sectors, each with its own seasons, role profiles and documentation requirements, recruited through a single process.
- Seven industries served
- Eight European destinations
- One process for every sector
The seven sectors we recruit for
Every sector below is one we place workers into today. Each has its own hiring pattern, and the brief is built around it.
-
Construction
Site trades and general labour for building and civil projects.
-
Agriculture
Field, greenhouse and harvest roles across the growing season.
-
Hospitality
Kitchen, housekeeping and front-of-house roles for hotels and venues.
-
Manufacturing
Production line, assembly and packing roles.
-
Warehousing & Logistics
Picking, packing, loading and warehouse operations.
-
Cleaning Services
Commercial, industrial and facilities cleaning roles.
-
Healthcare Support
Care assistants and non-clinical support roles.
What changes from one sector to the next
The six hiring steps stay the same. What the brief has to say, and what the destination country asks for, does not.
-
Role profiles
Each sector defines its own roles, skills and site conditions, and the brief is built around them.
-
Seasonal timing
Agriculture and hospitality hire around peak season; construction, manufacturing and logistics hire through the year.
-
Documentation
Requirements depend on both the sector and the destination country, and are prepared for each placement.
-
Language on site
Support runs in English, French, Italian, Spanish and Arabic, whichever language the site works in.
Questions about sectors
Can one brief cover more than one sector?
Yes, and it is common. A packhouse that also needs its own drivers is a single requirement, not two — the brief form takes every sector the work spans.
What if the roles do not fit any of the seven?
Describe them anyway. The seven are where we already place workers, not a limit on what can be discussed, and the brief has a field for work that sits outside them.
Does the sector change how long recruitment takes?
Less than the destination and the season do. What the sector changes is what has to be verified — a licence, a certificate, a language level — and that verification happens before you see a shortlist rather than after.
Do you recruit for skilled trades as well as general labour?
Both. Each sector page lists the roles it covers, and where a role needs a formal qualification that qualification is checked at screening.
Which sector should I choose if the work spans two?
Choose them both and describe the split in the brief. Nothing is narrowed by naming an extra sector, and naming too few is what causes a second round of questions.
Ready to start hiring?
Start with a brief: the roles you need, how many, and when you need them on site.
