The MenaWorkforce hiring process

Six steps from your first brief to arrival on site, applied the same way to every role, sector and destination.

  • Six steps, one route
  • Eight European destinations
  • Documentation included

The six steps in full

Nothing in the sequence changes by sector or destination. What each step has to account for does.

  1. Request Talent

Send the roles, volumes, start dates and site locations you need to cover. A consultation beforehand is available, not required.

  2. Candidate Matching

Candidates are matched against the brief — sector experience, role requirements and destination — before anyone is put forward.

  3. Screening

Skills, experience and suitability are checked first, so the shortlist you receive contains only candidates who have cleared that check.

  4. Documentation

Contracts and the paperwork the destination country requires are prepared for each accepted candidate, rather than left with the employer.

  5. Deployment

Travel and arrival are coordinated around the start dates in the brief, site by site.

  6. Support

Aftercare continues for both the employer and the worker once the placement has begun.

What we need from you

Step one moves faster when the brief already answers these four questions.

  • Roles and volumes

Which roles you are hiring for, and how many of each.

  • Start dates

When you need people on site, and for how long.

  • Site and destination

Where the work is, and which destination country it sits in.

  • Language on site

Which language the site works in day to day.

Questions about the process

Do the steps change from one destination to another?

No. The same six steps apply across all eight destinations. What changes is the documentation each country requires, which is handled at step four.

Can one brief cover several roles?

Yes. A brief can cover a single role or a full team, across one site or several.

Who prepares the contracts and paperwork?

Documentation is prepared as part of the placement, alongside the shortlist, rather than handed back to the employer.

Is a consultation required before sending a brief?

No. A consultation is there if it would help, but a brief can be sent straight through Request Talent.

What happens once workers arrive?

Support continues for both the employer and the worker after the placement begins.
